We left Saturday morning at 7:30am, were on the ground by 9:15am, and then the race was on Sunday. The flight was under 2 hours each way. Race went well enough - my result was the exact same as last year - 5th place, won the "field sprint", had 3 teammates up the road. But it was a fuckload harder to get the same result, so my fitness needs some work. Sorry Boston did not go so well. I was thinking of you. I had hoped to be there this year but my body had other plans - maybe next year for me. It is very nice having someone fly me around.
